Creation Sings

Something about the spring time and change of seasons makes me think about how creation sings God’s praise. After a long, cold, dark winter, the appearance of green grass, blossoming flowers, and new life is a balm to my weary soul. These fresh sights remind me that, in the winters of life, spring is coming. The God who created all things will make all things new. And His creation bears witness of this promise as it sings His praise.

Optional Resources

  1. Study Guide for Psalm 148 from Blue Letter Bible: We are using this FREE guide to study the Psalm this month. We like that the guides are simple and broken down verse-by-verse.
  2. We put our Family Worship Guides each month into a binder. We also put each page into a sheet protector. This just helps the guides hold up throughout the month. Plus, you can reuse the binder and sheet protectors each month. Here are the binders and sheet protectors we like and currently use.
  3. Music Accompaniment Resource – This website is a fantastic resources for music accompaniment for hymns and songs. Many of the songs from the Family Worship Guides are featured on this website.
